Cambridge’s urban winery
Exceptional wines made in an old windmill
Back in Bacchus (& Ortega)
The hotly anticpated Bacchus and Ortega wines from the brilliant 2025 vintage have just dropped.
All Hype // Bacchus is elegant and abundant with notes of lime, matcha and cut grass. Racy and rounded, it’s the perfect summer serve.
Age of Anxiety // Ortega is waxy and floral with delicate characters of peach tea, candied fruit and umami. A savoury and sumptuous wine.
Both wines, plus two new Chardonnays, OUT NOW
