Some of the world’s most famous wines are blends; think Champagne or red Bordeaux. Can a blended wine be better than the sum of its parts? What’s the secret to making a good blended wine?
Gutter&Stars winemaker Chris Wilson will explain all as we taste five blends from around the world; some put together right here in Cambridge, others from further afield.
The tasting will start at 6.30pm and last approximately 75 minutes. This is a stand-up / perch-on-barrel tasting in the winery among the tanks and barrels. Snacks will be provided.
